What stops someone from getting adwords credits over and over?



I'm not worried if they slap one of the adwords accounts I made up with a name I made up..
 
1. Buy stolen identities here.
2. Sign up for credit cards for these stolen identities using your own affiliate link for credit card affiliate programs
3. Sign up for adwords using these identities/credit cards
4. Spend the $75 adwords credit
5. ?????
6. Profit
 
If you do it 5 times, their CEO will personally come round and rape your dog, and then kill you. Be warned.

(and don't tell me you don't have a dog. He'll buy you a dog. Just to rape it.)

So Please Tell Me That Why I Can't Get More Traffic From Search Engine.
And After Installing All Plugins I Got An Erro About Database Erro.
Please Tell Me Why It Happen.

And Please Tell Me Which Is The Best Free SEO Plugin.
And How To Get More Traffic From Search Engines.
