What software is best for getting the videos out of a swf file?

i tried sothink..the swf decompiler
it doesnt do anything it seems

any advice?
have a flash file someone sent over to us to make
it has about 8 videos inside of it...what is the best way to get them out?
 


Run the swf file and capture it via bbflash software or similar video recording tool.. although I have used one converter too but I don't remember the name I will try to search and let you know

thanks a lot.
had one designer try to screen capture the videos so far..didnt really like the quality
