I'm about to launch a new website and this will be my first project, where I cross over from the publisher's perspective to the advertiser's. I want to start an affiliate program on CPA basis. At the moment I am a bit uncertain, what network(s) to join. CJ would be my favorite, but it's not an option from the financial standpoint at the moment. I just don't want to spend high entrance-fees and deposits at the moment. Can anyone recommend some of the networks?
