What kind of programs do you guys use for your landers?

I'm wondering what kind of programs you guys use for your landers? So far marshalling my resources I have put together MS Paint and Notepad, although I believe I can get my hands on their upgrades, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

You can't go wrong with photoshop. You can also use it for a bunch of other things. not just for landing page.
