What is this theme

Hey guys, I have been searching for a similar theme of 2leep.com: Connecting Bloggers
for some time now. I though it was oscommerce, but am now not so sure. I know it is not WordPress. Any idea where I could get a similar theme from and with a tag cloud on the left and randomized items from the database on the right?

It isnt so hard, you can easily get it under 20$ at any theme selling website.
