Hi, I’m currently trying to find simple software that will allow me to capture audio from web sites that use byo*audio.c0m & audio*generator.c0m

A friend suggested this web site below…..but….even smarter friends of mine told me this web site is not a good option. They said….it requires too much work.

Here is the website: nc*h.c0m.au

Another friend suggested orbitdown*loader.c0m …but, my top programmer just spent 3 hours using this software, testing it…and reported back to me, that it does not work “consistently.” And thus he said, we need something else. Something more consistent.

Also, my programmer has been referred to this site below. He says….it also does not work effectively.

Aud*acity.sourceforge*net

So I’m still searching, but still don’t have a good solution for capturing audio.

So, does anyone have a suggestion of where I could look? Website name??

All replies are welcome. (unless of course they’re nasty!)

Thx in advance.

Thx kindly
Gary Charles Roblin

PS both my programmer & I are using win*dows xp.

What's up with all the *? Besides any software such as Audacity (which I've used before), that can record the wave-out of your computer should work fine.

Simply do the following:
Control Panel
Sound and Audio
Click Advanced button to bring up volume control
Click Option then Properties
Select "Recording"
Check "Stereo Mix"
Click Ok
Click "Select" Under Stereo Mix

That should now make the default recording source from your computer's speaker output.
