what is affiliate marketing?

what kind of affiliate marketing should be done for a business does it contains email marketing

Hi there! In my opinion, there are many types of affiliate campaigns that go well with email marketing. But what really matters is if the campaign you choose will really help you make money... My suggestion is to use an offerwall in your website or app like what I am doing now. My affiliate partner has this high converting offerwall that let's me display different offers from around the world... And what's even great about this is you can use it regardless of the type of website or niche that you have and you still earn money...:)

Hope this helps!:)

Affiliate marketing vs. email marketing

Hi, Maryklipyard,

Affiliate marketing and email marketing are two different ballgames, with similar goals of boosting sales and marketing initiatives. To answer your question, emails are not a part of affiliate marketing.

In affiliate marketing, you choose a partner website to advertise your product and help you reach consumers. In email marketing, you create an email campaign that you send out to a list of users or consumers. I personally believe that email marketing is a more personal approach, but of course, there are various pros and cons that you have to consider in each marketing strategy.

I think that before choosing your approach, it is important to study your product and identify your goals.

All the best,
Desiree

What is Affiliate Marketing?

Perhaps the simplest way to explain affiliate marketing is that it is a way of making money online whereby you as a publisher are rewarded for helping a business by promoting their product, service or site.

There are a number of forms of these types of promotions but in most cases they involve you as a publisher earning a commission when someone follows a link on your blog to another site where they then buy something.

Other variations on this are where you earn an amount for referring a visitor who takes some kind of action – for example when they sign up for something and give an email address, where they complete a survey, where they leave a name and address etc.

Commissions are often a percentage of a sale but can also be a fixed amount per conversion.

Conversions are generally tracked when the publisher (you) uses a link with a code only being used by you embedded into it that enables the advertiser to track where conversions come from (usually by cookies). Other times an advertiser might give a publisher a ‘coupon code’ for their readers to use that helps to track conversions.

Affiliate marketing is one of the oldest forms of marketing wherein you refer someone to any online product and when that person buys the product based on your recommendation, you receive a commission. This commission varies from $1 to $10000, depending on what product you are promoting.

This commission varies from $1 to $10000, depending on what product you are promoting.

Merchants who sell goods and services online or seek other affiliate business activity typically use one of the affiliate program commission payment models below:
Cost Per Sale (CPA)
A visitor referred by the Affiliate purchases goods and services from the Merchant. This payment structure is referred to as - cost per sale or cost per acquisition (CPA).
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
A visitor referred by the Affiliate completes a form on the Merchants web site. This payment structure is referred to as - cost per lead (CPL).
Cost Per Click (CPC)
A visitor to the Affiliates web site clicks on a Merchant's banner and visits the Merchant's web site. This payment structure is referred to as - cost per click (CPC).

Where do all these people come from? This forum is dead, Dead, DEAD! yet the moment some twat posts up some inane retarded bullshit, there's a half a dozen other idiots ready to jump in with their equally ridiculous answers.

Those are two different things... you can do them both for your business, but generally, affiliate marketing and email marketing are just two tools to help boost conversion...

Affiliate marketing is promote products or services of other people for one earn one commision of each sale one get. Is one good way of earn money because one not have that create a product is only join to a affiliate network for one promote a product and earn money.

Basically, you as a publisher will be rewarded when you help a business by promoting their products or services. So for example, if you sign up for Tips and Ticks HQ’s affiliate program and promote it’s products then you will get a commission when the visitor you send from your site makes a purchase.

Affiliate marketing is probably one of the quickest and cheapest (not the easiest) ways to start making money online as you don’t have to create any products yourself. You simply link up a buyer and a seller, and you take a commission on the sale that has been referred by you.

Affiliate Marketing is one of the oldest form of marketing and it drives a relationship between advertiser, publisher and consumer. For example you refer to someone any online product and when that person buy that product on your recommendation than you receive a commision.

Affiliate marketing is promoting one's product or offer for certain % of commission. They are many products available to sell. But you must either have blog or do promoting via ppc or social media marketing.

You should just stick to serious business. If you are serious you can be seriously good at business. Sometimes people will tell you to mine your own business but you can just tell them you're a businessman not a miner. I used to be a minor but I grew out of it. That's how life is sometimes. Good luck!

I totally agree on this

Affiliate marketing is a method of gaining money by promoting products of companies or individuals. You get paid when a buyer clicks the affiliate link.
