What information do big brand companies want to know when considering advertising?

I'm about to send out an end of the year survey about how to improve my site's usability, expand my cotent, etc etc. What information would big companies like to know about my user base?

Demographic is a big one. What age group/sex are your viewers?

I always ask for references and also typical response rates from advertising. Serious sites will have no problems providing me with this information.
