Also, and sorry for being retarded, but I can point ALL my web pages (landing pages, blogs, various websites, etc) at the same VPS right? I don't need to get separate hosting for everything else...right...?

I'm a rookie, so I should get cpanel, right?

What's the best way to build my own landing pages? wordpress? should i look at some tutorials or is it pretty easy to learn on its own?

Shared hosting is probably okay for low traffic, though I'd recommend spending a few extra bucks for the VPS. Yes, you can put everything on one VPS.

If you don't know anything about linux or managing your own server, cPanel would work. But it's really not that hard to learn and useful knowledge to have.

Wordpress is relatively easy to use and other software (e.g. XSitePro) can work just as well. It depends on what you're comfortable with and what type of landing page you're trying to create. If you're making a review style or sales letter landing page then Wordpress is great. For simple bridge pages it's probably overkill.

Just my opinion.

Definitely get at least a cheap VPS for your tracking. Shared hosting could cause you to lose more money in lost clicks than you save on the cheaper price.

Fully managed VPS and cpanel if you have no idea what you are doing.

KnownHost was decent for the price when I used them except for one major datacenter outage. StormOnDemand by LiquidWeb is more expensive, but has been faster and better for me since switching. I have heard/read good reviews for Beyond Hosting, they seem to specialize in Prosper202 and CPV Lab hosting.
