When you buy a domain name - for whatever reason, be it to have for future use on a project you want to get into or just to have because it's similar to one you already own.

What do you do with them?

Do you park them on top of another and face googles anger or do you 301 redirect them or do you stikc a bunch of ads on them or ...

What do you do with them?

I usually put up a page with this site is coming soon. I know it's not very original but it's better (I think) than parking them. I need a better way for dealing with purchased for later use domains.

Your thoughts?

i normaly only buy domains when i have something to put on there - even if it just the first page

Usually just throw up a wordpress install, maybe link to it from some other site as a future project, and then just let it sit.

I usually leave it as a default install, if I'm feeling really inspired I might add a page of content.

Yeah, I love Wordpress, I use it for everything.

i have never used word press - is it easy to use - i have a new domain i have just brought i might try it on

I made my own "park" page and filled up all my pages with it
it makes very little money, but it's still better than sedo
