Charge what the customer can afford to pay.
If they're tech savvy they probably won't be willing to pay shit. If they aren't, you can get a few $k out of them if they're a reasonable business.
If they come down on you on price trying to get shit for a few hundred bucks then refuse to do it, they're the worst clients and not worth the hassle.
When I've done web dev work in the past I work out how many hours it'll take for me to do, charge it based on $100/hour. I then double the amount of time I'll think it'll take.
So e.g. for something like this, most the work is dealing with the client, getting it as they want, revisions, perhaps managing an outsourcer etc..
If you think it's 10 hours work, then charge them 10 x 100 x2 = $2k.
