What do affiliates look for in their campaigns/managers?

This is my very first post after reading for several months, I hope you enjoy and might be able to gather some valuable information from this thread. :bigear:

So... I was wondering what it is that you affiliates look for in your affiliate managers and/or your advertising campaigns... what are some good and bad qualities you notice and what really helps you rake in the money? :food-smiley-002:

Irene Rojas is an affiliate manager with the OfferHive affiliate network based out of florida. Met her at the Affiliate Bash and she is friendly.

I would love to get friendly with her... real friendly...
