what comedian

years ago i saw a comedian on comedy central and the only thing i remember of the stand up was he said something along the lines of (he was japanese i think)...japan dropped 40,000 bombs on pearl harbor.....the US dropped 2 bombs (referring to nuclear) it was quite funny and i have not been able to find it since anyone recognize it at all? have any idea who it is?

Carlos Mencia was decent when he was only doing standup. Then Comedy Central gave him a show and it all went to shit. Same thing with the Blue Collar guys.
