I want to transfer a domain I purchased to Godaddy from Network Solutions. This is 16 years old, so I don't want to hurt the domains age by transferring. Do I have any reason to be concerned? Will this impact my site or it's authority in any way?
I don't see the reason why you should worry about that. Transferring your domain to another registrar wouldn't hurt its rank and reputation in the eyes of search engines. After all, moving your domain from Go Daddy to NS is a good thing.
