What are the best design services

Hi there.
I own a very successful website, but it has an old design.
Im looking to redo the whole design. i have a good budget, its no problem at all. the quality is all that matters.

Im really clueless regarding where to find a really good designer.
Im only looking for the best of the best. i get lots of traffic and i want to make sure it converts. this is not just a landing page. its a whole site.
The site is based on XOOPS, so the guy have to know how to work with it.

i've tried to place an ad on the "wanted section" in warrior forum. but so far have't got any TOP QUALITY offers.
i dont really care about the price, i just want the best. in term of conversion rate.

i could just go to google and type "web design services" , but that not a good way. i can't really know if its good or not.

Have you guys got any suggestion for me ? again, im only looking for TOP quality.

hopefully i can get a real advice and not just have people selling their own services.

Why not try competition websites like design99? It's a great idea to get the job done without wasting time and money. Plus, you can choose from a variety of designs as various designers will be participating with different skills and talents.

Fuck... When I first read you were using XOOPS, I was about to ask if you also still used a Fax Machine and had an 8track player... then I saw the warrior forum reference and that cleared up all my questions immediately.
