Our in-house guys (and gals) have just finished some new mobile content offers, and these are now available with an $8 CPA.
All of these offers are mobile subscription content, with a customer monthly tariff of $9.99, available on 10 US mobile networks (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon etc). UK coverage should be available in a few weeks at a CPA still TBD.
Opt-in is via our carrier-compliant website, and our pixel fires when the customer enters a PIN code (on page 2) and the resulting billing text message sent to the customer's cell phone is successful, (ie, the $9.99 charge is taken off their phone account/top-up balance).

SMS Affiliates takes care of all customer billing and support etc, and pays monthly on day 20 of each month - paying by Paypal
Sales which are charged back by the carrier (due to customer-requested refund) will be disallowed.
Host and post is not initially allowed, but we can relax that rule if customer chargebacks are low.
