Website Management Tools??

Gents now I'm sure of you guys are managing quite the portfolio so I'm looking for a web based script that will do the following;

Ping a Domain
Confirm DNS / Nameservers etc.
Confirm MX
Confirm MYSQL DB
Confirm HTTP : 80

Now I'm hoping there is something out there will allow you to configure all your domains and will query your hirachy every minute or so to allow you to identify when they're faults etc.

you could also just use nagios or zenoss for stuff like this..
