Website Domain Name Debate: my name, or make something up?

I'm debating on domain names for my new project; I've been in IM for about 5 years with an e-commerce project, blog, etc, but I'm getting tired of it and want to do something new.

The general subjects are Personal Development, Fitness, Lifestyle design, etc.

It will mainly be a WP blog, and will have some links to affiliate products.

So my debate is: Do I just run it on my personal name website, or make up a new domain that I'd have to attach meaning to.

For examples of personal names: stevepavlina.com or alexshalmn.com or johnchow.com

Examples of made up names: PluginID.com , litemind.com or dumblittleman.com or viperchill.com

I'm stuck in analysis paralysis on this issue; I keep going over the options, trying to think of cool domains, asking myself questions like:

Should I try to put the keyword in my URL? (I did this with my other site, and it worked wonderfully)

Or should I just develop my personal domain and build it from there?

Thanks!

Too late to edit: but had this thought...

The advantage of a "brandable site" such as "dumblittleman.com" or "Viperchill" or PluginID is that the domain & project could eventually be sold more easily...
