Can anyone create me a website that searches public record databases. like people search and shit?

they are out there and they just the searches to public access databases. is this doable and is it really comlpicated?

You have to pay for the listings if the site finds one don't you? Or did you find one that provides them for free?

The data bases are public and free. I just need someone that knows how to tap into them and make it seem like it's my site providing the search. Again I dont know if this is doable but I owuld think it is.

thats what im trying to figure out. i know its not some magical place that only certain peeps have access too. im researching this right now.

maybe its as easy as creating a link to their (public) databases from my site?
