I knew I would get a response like that at WF, but if you look at previous domain sales I'm pretty sure it would do better than that. :throwup:
$50 to another investor, $100 to a targetted end user
primarly based on comp sales and development potential - something as simple as a forum could indirectly pull in some targetted hosting traffic and/or advertisers which means big $$$
lastly, it's not just about literal terms anymore, the terms in the name have some attractive symantically related terms in them

1) Resell Price) $50
2) End user price) $75
Although as it was said before develop it and you may get some nice traffic and ad rev

In my opinion after purchasing and selling many domains I would say $20. Because no on "chats" or uses that word when looking up things anymore. It feels very 1995 to me.
not as much as WebDesignChat.com would be worth but this is a nice domain...i'll stop short of throwing an arbitrary number at you though
