Looking for a website designer that can develop a brochure-type website. Need more than a LP-only guy. I actually have a website in mind that I would like to clone or at least emulate that includes flash. Would also like it coded so that the end user can make changes or add pages if necessary.

This is for a non-AM project.

So you want the type of site that I refer derogatively to when dealing with local clients if their current website sucks?

I'm guessing you're referring to something else but I can't fathom what at the moment. Google, however brings back this as the top result:

I would still say wordpress if you want your client to be able to update/add content easily.
