I did a search, however I did not see anything listed in the forums for this so I figured I would ask. Has anyone here ever used the go wealthy affiliate services, and if so are they worth the $47 per month or what ever it is they charge?

let me give you some advice... If it cost: $37, $47, $97 it's BS.

Think about this logically... If I had "super great" affiliate marketing secrets why on earth would I let them get saturated for $47... In other words, this is most likely a BS site.

It's a straight up joke dude. If you need someone to find a niche and point it out to you: You might be too lazy to get anywhere.

Lol..."Kyle and Carson" sure brings back memories. :D

Yeah, ive kind of been thinking the same way about Kyle and Carson, and everything else with Wealthy Affiliate. If you try to look up "reviews" on Google, every page seems to be a landing page for an Affiliate, giving "The Truth" about the site etc. While I believe they probably have a shit ton of information available, I just don't see that they have information thats worth it at $xx or $xxx, since there is so much free information available.

My problem right now, since im so new, is trying to process it all, put it together and just start rolling shit out!

Just start rolling shit out man, you'll learn in the process. Fuck everything else. All you need is this forum, hosting, domain registrar, analytics and tracking.

There is a ton of free information out there and in this forum. Avoid the $47 products for now.

47 dollars a month is kind of steep.

I mean theres so much traffic you can get for absolutely free. Plus theres a lot of widgets in 2011 that are free and monetizable.

like everyone else said, you don't need an ebook or coaching program. Why don't you take that $47 and build your first couple campaigns? For $20 you can test a campaign a lot of different niches on FB or PPV or any traffic source you want really. I bet you could even find a blog or site with decent traffic and buy a month of banner at the top of the page for $47. Or a year of shared hosting a couple of domains and start building up sites to drive your own traffic.

It was kind of painful when I started out, dropping $50 or whatever (that I worked my ass off for) and thinking I might not get anything in return, but it's really the only true way to learn. Even if you have a coach or a book that tells you exactly what to do, you're going to blow through some cash testing campaigns, so skip the gay books and do it yourself.

lol at the poor affiliate tag

Seriously, never ever buy guru shit that will tell you the secret to how get rich quick with a click because it's mostly BS. Plus you can most of these scammy PDF on some thread here if you really want to have a read.

All you need to start is to buy hosting, a domain and to start hustling, writing stuff and building links to rank for SEO or testing campaigns for PPC.

Spend some time here, read lots of stuff, find the hidden diamonds (lots of them but you won't find them right away), get dickrolled sometimes and have fun.

I did the $1 trail at Wealthy Affiliates. I can honestly say that they do have a lot of information, a lot of which is very helpful, but it's the exact same information in wicked fire. Granted some people may prefer watching seminars over actually reading a forum and figuring it out but it's all the same in the end.
