WANTED: GOOD CSS Designer

I'm looking for a good CSS designer to design some admin panel for me.

Basically I will provide a few HTML files and the designer has to create a nice CSS for it (but he cannot change the HTML code).

The problem seems to be, in BST most designers focus on providing landing pages or wordpress designs. I really don't need it optimized for conversions since it's a backend, it just has to look good.

I'm willing to spend some cash on it, but it has to be good... (also I wouldn't hire anybody without portfolio)

but I at least need somebody to either change my HTML code to those class names or preferably change the class names in the bootstrap css ;)
