Looking for someone who can design banners for my law firm that will appear on affiliate/internet/tech based sites. Most of my ads are based on memes, or other random funny shit. Thus, I'm not looking for someone who can just stick a picture of a stock photo person on a banner and say 'LEGALS FOR YOU' and call it a day.
