You cannot use them to send bulk emails, kiddie porn, warez, phishing etc. You can use them with senuke or scrapebox and similar tools. I usually do between 300 and 400 Links/minute on a good Linkslist so these are pretty fast too.
Price also includes setup and support such as how to use VNC or RDP to connect to the VPSes, how to use proxies which btw are required and/or VPNs with the server. I have 23 in stock ready to go today with a setup time of minutes. Any more than that will take 24 to 48 hours setup time. RAM and bandwidth upgrades available all the way to 12GB RAM!
