Im looking for unmanaged VPS or Dedicated server with Centos, 3-5TB bandwith a month and at least 512 ram of course at cheap rates - for software not for hosting websites. I want to just run php/perl scripts. I just need the server to be preety fast not on 10mbit line in .cn Any suggestions? I want to go cheap since its not for websites nor mailing and theres so many offers i have no idea what to choose.

i want to spend not more than 50$ a month on this one
ive seen some super cheap vpses but they loo ktoo good to be true. i need to hear of something that people actually tested

hey ill look into intovps thanx

zensix - there are such close offers im just a bit worried coz they look a bit insane:

- 1 Core processor
-512MB Dedicated ECC RAM
-20GB Hardware RAID Protected Space
-2TB Premium Multi-homed bandwidth 1Gps port
-1 IP Address
-Full root access via SSH, unlimited reboot, OS reloads!
-Unmanaged

For only $14.95/Month Easter Offer!

Pay annual for only $120 - that's $10/mo!

I only say that because I don't know of a single legit DATACENTER that will give you 5TB of bandwidth for $50. So if someone is selling it as part of a VPS package, you won't be getting it.

Well i already found such thing at OVH [thats not some small company right]
Just problem is they dont take paypal and on this mission i really want to use my paypal cash..

I'll vouch for PhotonVPS. I've had a shared site hosted in their datacenter for ~5 years with no issues. Just recently got a VPS and had a small issue that was resolved within 2 hours.

you say that you've found similar packages but they all seem too good to be true? 5TB of bandwidth for $50 is way too good to be true.

And I don't think you realize the amount of data you're asking for. a dedicated 10mbps line running full time is only around 3000GB of bandwidth. That's roughly 3TBs (again, roughly). To actually use a full 5TB capacity would require something like a 15MBPS line.

Bottom line.... you need to be a little more reasonable with your budget than $50/month for 5000GB's of bandwidth. You may, however, have some luck with plans at Nocster.com check them out.

Thanks for the vouch, however we wouldn't be able to provide 5TB at the price he's looking for...
