VOTE: URL Structure

I've got a location based domain. For this example, let's suppose it is Charleston.SC and I'm using the domain name & extension to leverage a website about Charleston, South Carolina (SC).

Suppose a popular keyword search is "Charleston SC Real Estate". What is more beneficial for your URL structure (ignore capitalization):

1) Charleston.SC/Real-Estate
2) Charleston.SC/Charleston-SC-Real-Estate

I#d vote for one.

All the KWs are in there, and I know of at least 1 Search Engine (not google) that will devaluate paths by lenghts.

The reasoning goes like this:

www.mercedes.com/pictures

is better than

www.somesite.com/cars/pretty/pictures/mycar/mercedes.html

for the query: mercedes pictures
