I want to edit a bunch of travel videos and photos. Is there any particular video editor that caters to editing travel? Need something for a beginner to learn on. Thanks!

If you use a Mac, iMovie and iPhoto does the job for me, but I am an absolute amateur.. someone told me that the editor that comes with Handycams does a good job for amateurs and beginners.
the Sony Vegas suite of editing software is pretty good for the PC. they have some quality beginner programs that are pretty easy to use.
