vBulletin Skins!

There is a good list of locations to get free and cheap vbulletin skins here

Unfortunately none of these free or cheap ones have very good ad placement. I'm just looking for one with a clean design, good ad integration with the ability to put in my own, custom header.

Another thing is, I can't find ONE SINGLE TEMPLATE that has the ability to do what they do at this link: http://discusscooking.com/forums/

Notice for example under Cookware and Accessories how APpliances, Cookbooks, Cook Tools are all just listed directly below in a list of links? How do you do this?

You have to set the Depth of Forums to a lower value, vbulletin settings -> forum display (general)
