Using Trade Mark/Copyright Words in Domains?

Hey guys,

So whats the deal with having say facebookdating(dot)com (just an example) or something like that.

I'm pretty sure you wont get sued, but could facebook come along at any time andbe like" uuhhh yah, time to take that down b/c you use facebook in the domain."

Anyone have experience with this? Specifically with Facebook?
