How can I have dot (.) in wordpress urls

example:

blog.com/i-hate-domain.com-referrers/

I tried %2E for a dot but it gives me 404error when click on post url

Why do you want a dot in the URL?

Sorry, but I'm not sure you can. My guess would have been the %2e as well, but you say that didn't work.

everyone knows some people type in domain names into SE box
it has value 'cos you can accamulate traffic from domain search in search box
i just want to optimize my url better for domain searches
