I just had a host go down on me (managemybox.com aka big piece of shit) maybe for good I dunno...most of the sites I had there are not that important and I should have backups of everything. Thing is I have one site that's rather important that refuses to run on mysql 5 so I can't move it to my other server. If you've got a server with mysql 4 or lower and can let me host it there temporarily (till it gets converted) that would be AWESOME. I'll compensate you $30 for your trouble and lots of invisible hugs and love. Sorry I can't offer more because at that point I might as well just setup a shared account somewhere. (I'd rather not go through that trouble though.)

Hey thanks for the pms guys really appreciate it <3...it is back up though so I have time to move my stuff over in the meantime. I went over to WHT and found a thread where people were complaining and saying they sold to someone and suggesting people move their stuff asap so I panicked a little thinking they went belly up since they don't really communicate with their customers. Thanks again.
You should be keeping a backup regardless, serversync.com is really cheap and is only 5$ a month for 20GB of storage without bandwidth restriction (and Raid6 so their server could even protect data even if 2 drives failed)
I do keep backups and have RAID on my other server (where the most important stuff is). Still thanks for the suggestion looks like a decent service, would not really have helped me in this situation though
