Two Domain Names Selling Suggestions needed

I am fresh new in domain Stuffs. One of my brother is going to sell two domain (good keyword), and i am trying to help him to sell with good value.
But i am not sure how to get the real VALUE for this two domain.The domains are almost two years old with no other specific characteristics.

Domains are:
1.whoisguard.biz
2.ddosguard.net

Would anyone please suggest me with the exact value??

.biz and .net aren't worth much
both have a pr of 0
not a very unique name

I'd say they are not worth anything. Build out a site, get some back links and traffic and then maybe.
