Tucker Max - latest interview

Man people always told me that the book "I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell" reminds them of me and after reading that article I can see why him and I are alot alike.

TL;DR, just read the first page, but good for him.

"It was what it was when it was" <-- great quote.

I live in a party area, and my crew is slowly slowing down a bit. We still rage here and there, but nothing like in our 20s. It's all good.

The worst thing is the alternative - a guy in his 40s trying to keep up with 20 year olds, bringing the flip cup everywhere and whatnot. It's just flat out creepy. And one day, the kids no longer want to hang out with you, and all of the sudden, you've become the lonely 50 year old loser at the end of the bar.

By being mad studly, athletic, successful, or charismatic, you can defeat becoming that 50 year old loser party guy who can't move on.... but I've seen it so much in LA it's not even funny. No thanks.
