Trying To Find A Mega Custom WP Designer

What I am looking for is a designer who can build a custom WP theme similar to JohnChow or Shoemoney . . .

Now, before you ask . . . I have tried to contact unique blog designs and they wont call me, even if I wave my wallet around.

So the focus for the design needs to be on capturing the users emails, threaded comments, etc.
