True CPL on EWA Erratic as of late?

Is anyone running True CPL on EWA and noticing REALLY erratic performance as of late? My AM doesn't seem to have an explanation. It's been performing consistent & solid for 4 months and in the past 2 weeks we'll have days with

2%, 10%, 30% CR's, just all over the map, makes testing new creatives impossible.

Like, it's one thing for variance, but when you go from consistent 25% CR to a 2% CR, someone's gotta be shaving or something.

I hate True. I would just run it until it is consistently unprofitable. Who knows what in the world they do on the back end.

true is the fallback for all paused campaigns the most generic dating offer out there now. never been able to get any stability out of it and yes they shave on their end not to mention the shaving on the network side hows a brotha supposed to earn these days

It seems pretty stable for us, so I'm inclined to think that your traffic quality is varying -- hence the advertiser scrubbing you down. It's unfortunate, but it happens.

True is known for begging pubs to ramp up their traffic, saying that they love it, then shaving like there is no tomorrow once the increased traffic starts coming in.
