I'd be wary... I am always fearful of trademark, or even close to trademark names. A teacher I knew in high school had a business name which included the word "Ebony" in it, and got sued by the Ebony magazine simply because they thought that people would get confused by her business being affiliated with Ebony Magazine...

So, I would be very cautious... If you don't care, then by all means, go for it... Just a heads up :)
 
yeah i had it going to an affiliate network until i got a c&d... took it down and they also submitted a dmca copyright take down on my server... so now i just have it parked.

however i did make a little cash while i was filtering traffic :)
 
These guys are serious..I had a site with their name in the URL and I also got a c&d...
