Trademarked domains

Yeah I'm just wondering but I figure the worst would be a cease and desist, letter. Its not like I have any money, I mean look at youtube the RIAA, or however it was, waited till Google bought them to sue.
But maybe your right.

It could be much worse IF TM holder want to make example out of you.
They CAN sue you for up to $100,000!
$100,000 per domain, that is!
So, don't risk it ;)

Ok I was reading up on this and think I may have found whats going on. So WIPO, ICANN and such only regulate .com .net .info .biz and .us, and have some partial agreements with other countries about ccTLC's and regulation. Cameroon not included, at least not at the time the info was written I was reading. Although a company could take you to could sue you, but have to prove 3 things. 1. The domain is identical or simialr to the trademark. 2. Registrant doesn't have any legitimate interest in domain. 3. was registered in "bad faith" Which have to be proven beyond just registering the domain.
It's probably not worth, but there is the legal aspect of it(or what I gathered after a little reading) don't take my word though.
