There's this bullshit company called New"shitforbrains"Pig. And they tried to use their trademark ownership to get a well respected domainer, :bowdown:Adam Dicker:bowdown:, to fork over pig.com. Those scum buckets tried various ways to do it. In the end they went before the National Arbitration Forum and lost.

Here's more info on the decision ...
Decision

So it goes to show you even if the fucktards have a trademark, not all is lost.

Congrats to Adam. I know he might have been a little nervous, just a little. With these things sometimes you never know.

One quick note ...
If you read the decision, look at what New"shitforbrains"Pig tried to do (knowing that pig.com was a parked page with Sedo) ...
"Complainant has placed a spectacularly high maximum bid of $2.74 to have its advertisement for absorbents displayed in response to Internet searches for the word “pig.” Complainant caused the display of its own ad on the Respondent’s website, and that such a result was entirely independent of any consciously directed activity of the Respondent."

These fuckers were real scumbags.

What I find most amazing is that guy Adam paid $50,000 for the name in the first place, and all he does is park it with paid listings? I never knew there was that much money in a parked domain.

And it's quite interesting what he's done - not only does a right-click on an ad trigger a left-click, but the entire white-space is also a trigger point!
