trademark in subdomain and epn

I know using trademarks in domain name is not allowed by eBay. What about subdomain? Like:

trademarkblabla.site.com or site.com/trademarkblabla

I think if you're using a trademark you may have a problem with the trademark owner. A lot of them won't allow you to use it in anyway in your URL.

The trademark in question needs to be after the third "/" in the web address.

Wrong:

 http://trademark.mysite.com

Correct:

 http://mysite.com/trademark[U][/U]
