How essential is Tracking202? I have not used it since start aff marketing 2 months ago. But what will i benefit from using it?

just network stats. it's a reliable network and im very happy with my results I just constantly see posts where people refer to 202. i am not much of a tech guy, so is it pretty spoonfed as far as setting it up?
I would highly suggest having tracking outside of just network stats. 202 is relatively easy to set up, even for a not so tech savy individual. Nick has a good post you should take a look at.
