Tracking: Passing SubID instead of KW

I know that something like this would work to pass the KW, but if I want to cloak is there a way to pass the click number instead?

Would t202subid (or something) pass the click number instead?

@300: Except on the offer I'm trying, the redirect isn't working how I'd like.

Flawless for every other campaign though, but this one isn't working right unfortunately
