Hi All,

I do not make many posts here on Wickedfire however I wanted to see if I could gauge whether their is a need for a program that can track affiliate sales from organic searches in the Search engines.

I could not find a single program that could track my organic sales. I mostly do all free search engine traffic and knowing what keywords are converting was a must so I had a program developed for my own internal use.

I'm not trying to sell the program or pitch the program on the forum. I simply would like input to see if anyone in the market feels this tool is a must have for them. As stated it currently only tracks organic keyword sales not PPC or PPv, their are plenty of good programs that do this already. Programs like Tracking 202 and Google Analytics do not track organic keywords that convert to a sale when you are an affiliate and selling someone elsse's product.

Let me know if this is product you would like to use and what features you would want with it. Honestly I would just rather keep this tool internal and not deal with selling my own products because I don't like doing support and taking sales orders. If I were to make it available what price would you see yourself paying for the service.

Regards,

Jacob

Honestly a paid analytics program such as getclicky or woopra could have that figured out for you.

I could see it useful for other affilates or big companies but for myself I am fine with GC and woopra

I would also be interested. Price IDK. But would love to see CTR, CR, UV, Time on Site for each keyword used to drive the organic traffic but those are just a few things that come to mind.

PM me let's talk about this

thanks for the feedback so far. I do not belive getclicky or woopra can track what organic keywords convert into sales. You can if it's your own product but Google Analytics can do that as well. the program I have is intended for tracking affiliate sales of organic visitors.

Good ideas rockstar but I don't want to complicate the interface nor provide hosting for a bunch of personal data. CTR, CR, UV are ALL very important factors however these metrics can already be found out using Google Analytics. The CR can't I guess but you can easily cross reference the sales total with G Analytics to get that number.

On second thought It would be rather easy to keep track of all domain hit's (UV) so I'll look into what options there are to keep track of the CTR.
