I'm looking to step up the tracking and testing I'm doing for one of my products. I've sort of been slack with this sort of thing - every now and then I've been logging into my affiliate software and google analytics and doing a bunch of sums manually.

I've only used Google Analytics as a glorified hit counter so far, so I need to start using goals/conversions or use something like Prosper202.

I basically want to be able to track visitors through my sales process and see which of my free videos, auto-responder mails etc perform the best. Some of this visitor activity happens in emails (where I can't reliably use pixel tracking - so I'm guessing it would have to be link based).

Since I've not properly used Google Analytics/Prosper202 or any others. What would you suggest I start reading up on?

Thanks!

OK, thanks I'll start with Analytics and I guess think above 202 at a later date if needed.
