Tool that checks URLs for RSS Feeds?

Basically, I am looking for a tool that allows me to input URL/list of URLs and see if the URL has RSS feed(s) associated with it.

Example: I input ESPN.com and it gives me all of ESPN.com's RSS feeds.

Does a tool like this exist?

is used to alert firefox and probably other browsers of an rss feed. hit me up if you want a quick tool that grabs those for you.

i would just create a simple php script to view source and regex for "rss" links
