CEO and CMO kicked out co-founder because having a "24-year-old woman" in that position made them a "joke." The CMO also called her a whore in front of the CEO; when she complained, the CEO did nothing except say she was a "dramatic girl."

Ms. Wolfe finally broke down the night that Mr. Mateen called her a “whore” at a company event, and she offered to resign in consideration for modest severance and the vesting of her stock. Mr. Rad snidely rejected the offer and fired her.

First that guy sounds like an egomaniac and desperate for all "Wins" and "Accomplishments". But also a couple key points to take away from this mostly obvious.
1. Don't sh*t where you eat.
2. Never Text, Email, and write things that are or could be interrupted as sexist, racist, homophobic, or any other type of outrageous comment. Especially when you work for such a large and public company.
3. Never let a relationship get you twisted. Is it ever worth it? Hell the dude worked for Tinder shouldn't it be easy for him to replace his "girlfriend"

Again all this would make sense. But reading his text he might need medical attention.
 
He's a complete idiot for dating his co-founder and being an emotional drama queen.

This seems to a trend with Silicon Valley guys... they seem to be extremely thirsty and get obsessed with the few rare girls in tech. Fucking pathetic.
