Ticket affiliate progs with RSS feeds

I am looking for an affiliate prog that one sells tickets and also provides their affiliates with rss feeds to specific city events. Ive looked into a few larger advertisers, though none offer feeds to their affiliates. I feel like I am almost being forced to use Ebays affiliate prog fopr this project to. Which really when I think about it might not be such a bad idea.

Sorry, say your city has an arena, you want to build a home page for locals and on this home page you want regularly updated links and content to events happening there.

I need an advertiser like StubHub that offers their affiliates rss feeds, or something I can grab that will regularly update events and tickets for sale in area X

ticketmaster gives feeds through buy.at. Mostly UK though.
