Hi, I don't sell scrapebox lists or trackbacks anymore, but I have used Jake232's trackbacks (search for it) and it's good.

This isn't really the place for these sort of questions though.

https://github.com/progrium/dokku is built on top of docker. It is kind of a mini heroku. Unfortunately the featureset is a bit light, but for simple jobs its basically a customizable heroku.
