I read it, lots go good stuff in it, but unless you're planning on scaling your app right away (which probably not) then they are simply good to keep in mind.

Probably not going to build a 'build system' until I'm ready to scale.

that programming method you described is one of those methods where you are putting more work in the method and not enough actually doing the programming!

The opposite if that is called agile programming.
