The smallest per-transaction fee?

I have a micro-continuity offer (less than $5 a month) and getting charged a $0.35 per trasaction fee is quite expensive, almost 10% by itself. I was wondering if anyone knew of a merchant processor with a very small transaction fee, say less than .15 or even .10?

FWIW I found out that sams club is $0.26 and no setup fee either. Still looking for something at around $0.15

unless your doing absolutely tremendous volume, i doubt your going to get it that low.

Update: My Rep at sam's club was able to get me an $0.18 per transaction fee. I didn't even negotiate this, he simply checked it once I told him my average ticket size, and he did something on the computer and got me approved for that rate.

Just goes to show what is possible if you just ask!
